Not announced
There are no official system requirements, because Rockstar has still not announced a PC version.
Every table of processors and graphics cards going around online is either invented or someone’s estimate.
Is GTA 6 coming to PC
A PC version has not been officially announced.
That does not mean there will be no PC version: Rockstar simply has not announced anything. All we have are press reports.
Citing four anonymous sources, GamesBeat reports a PC release in Q1 2027. Rockstar has not confirmed it.
In May 2026 Take-Two chief Strauss Zelnick told Bloomberg that Rockstar always starts on console. He gave no PC date.
Earlier Rockstar games also came to consoles first: GTA V reached PC in April 2015, about a year and seven months later.
So a PC release seems likely, but that is our conclusion, not a promise from Rockstar.
System requirements
There are no official GTA VI system requirements: no PC version has been announced, so Rockstar has not published any.
Sites listing “minimum” and “recommended” specs rely on guesswork, and their tables contradict each other. It is too early to buy hardware based on them. When Rockstar publishes the real requirements, they will appear here.
Price, Steam and Epic Games
Steam has no GTA VI page, and Rockstar sells the game only for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. There is no PC price.
Epic Games Store is the same story: no announcements. If someone is already selling a key or offering a GTA 6 download for PC, it is a scam, because no such version exists.
Can you play on PC without a console
Not for now.
The cloud is no PC substitute: Xbox strategy chief Matthew Ball wrote that GTA VI will not stream to PC at launch.
PS Store lists Remote Play support for the game: it streams from your own PS5, so you still need the console.
So far the game is coming only to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
